However, in the case of quick deliveries, Tubby Toys is obligated to deliver your product within the selected timeframe, barring circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as unforeseen events (referred to as “Force Majeure Events”), which may include unexpected delays from courier partners or transporters due to weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
