Tubby Toys RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Convenient Returns and Exchange Policy at Tubby Toys
We prioritize your satisfaction. Should you encounter any reason for dissatisfaction with your purchase, we are dedicated to providing assistance and solutions.
If the received product is damaged or defective, you must report or lodge a complaint for return or replacement within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing all necessary images of the product.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, including all components and accompanying items. It is important to pack the product securely during the return process. Please note that Tubby Toys holds no liability for any loss, damage, or theft incurred to an incorrect product during transit if handed over to our Courier Service Partner.
Ensure that you fulfill all the following criteria before proceeding with the return or replacement of the received product:
- If the sticker securing the zipper at the back of the toy is removed, it will be considered a violation of the warranty. In such cases, returns will not be considered.
- Any stains or unusual wear and tear observed on the product will be deemed a breach of warranty.
- Tubby Toys does not provide warranties, returns, or refunds on bows, ribbons, or zippers affixed to or provided within the teddy bears.
Please submit the following images of the received product:
- Provide a photo of the damaged section of the product.
- Include a picture of the secure sticker at the back of the product (if applicable).
- Upload an image of the securely packaged item being returned.
After receiving approval for your return from our team, the return shipment will be arranged, and you will be notified by our shipping partner about the next steps.
During the pickup, certain products may undergo doorstep Quality Control Inspection by our courier partner. This inspection encompasses various parameters such as matching brand, style, color, size, intact packaging, presence of accessories, and product condition. Failure to meet these parameters may result in the return request being temporarily withheld. Please note that a new return request can be initiated within the applicable return window.
Refunds or replacements for a product will only be processed after thorough inspection of the returned item at our facility, including any freebies. If the product is deemed inappropriate or if any freebies are found to be missing, the refund or replacement will not be issued.
A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable if the customer refuses to accept the original order containing products eligible for replacement/exchange or if the customer declines the replacement/exchange product(s) post-shipping.
If you decide to return the product due to a change in preference or if you decline to accept our replacement product, a cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be charged.
Should you opt to replace a product delivered to you, without any defect, due to a change of preference and select another item, and if the replacement has been approved by our team, then an additional fee of 100 rupees will be incurred.
If any or all of the products linked with a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon code/offer will become void, and its benefits will not be refunded. Nevertheless, replacement/exchange orders will still enjoy the benefits of the initial coupon code/offer.
If a return request is placed for a product associated with a free item, the free product may also be canceled if not yet dispatched or in transit to the customer’s location.
Cash on Delivery will not be permitted for our products.
